What to expect:

When I work with couples, we build up to the wedding day, spending time getting to know one another.

By the time the big day arrives, we have already established trust and an understanding. I’ll know your comfort level, and you’ll know what to expect.

FAQs

1. What is your style?

My approach is photojournalistic in nature, fine art in style. I enjoy creating images from natural moments as they occur, but I’m also comfortable directing couples and groups to get important portraits that include all of your loved ones

2. Can I create a custom Collection?

Yes! I’m always happy to create something specific for my clients. You should get exactly what you want!

3. What are the options for an Engagement Session?

There are two options for Engagement Sessions:

First, the 1 Hour- Engagement Session. This is a simple offering, perfect for one location and up to two outfits.

Second, the Town and Country Engagement Session. This is my favorite! This session includes unlimited time, locations and wardrobe changes. Professional Hair and Make Up is also included (provided by 3 Little Birds Salon in Denver, or VooDoo Hair Salon in Boulder). When time is unlimited, we can take our time and explore more locations. I created this for couples who wanted to capture images in the city as well as the mountains, but really, this could take us anywhere. During your session, I get to see how you interact together naturally, without the pressure of the wedding day. I ‘ll teach you all about posing naturally so you’ll feel confident and comfortable on the big day.

4. Are you available to travel?

Yes! We love to travel and are always excited to discover new places. We’ve worked in Germany, Italy, Morocco and Mexico.

5. Do you bring a second shooter?

Yes! My husband Scott is my amazing Second Shooter and Assistant. We love working together!

6. Do you offer albums and prints?

Yes! I work with Priscilla Foster to create unique Albums for my clients. Clients will have access to a private gallery to view their images. Prints can be ordered directly from the gallery. For more information, please click here.

8. Do you offer additional coverage and sessions?

Yes! Options include Rehearsal Dinners, Welcome Receptions, Day-After/Bridal Sessions, Anniversary and Family Sessions. Including a casual Family Session the week of your wedding can be a wonderful way to remember everyone who was able to join you, without the time constraints of the actual wedding day.

9. Do you offer Maternity or Family sessions?

Yes! Please contact me for more information.

10. Do you recommend specific vendors?

I do! Your vendor team is incredibly important, individually and together. I’m happy to recommend those I’ve worked with in the past. Please contact me for a list of preferred vendors.

11. How do I become a client?

Fill out the Contact Form here. Please be sure to include important details, such as: Your wedding date and venue, your style, your budget for photography, and anything else you can think of. Really, the more information the better!

How it works:

We will set up a time to meet in person or talk via phone or Skype. This is important! This is our chance to make sure we are a good fit for each other. I want to hear all about your plans and what your wedding means to you as a couple. I want to know about your friends, family and relationships, and how you spend your time together.  I want to know what marriage means to you. This is also an opportunity to review the Collections and determine what you’re looking for. We can create a custom Collection to fit your style and make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for.

When you are ready to get started, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
