Tyler and Chanel were married in September 2013 at Grand Lake. Though rain and snow graced their wedding day, they were all smiles and had a fabulous time celebrating with friends and family. The weather was so bad, we only had 5 minutes outside before the storm rolled in. Several weeks later, we returned to Red Rocks, the location for their engagement session. Fall is my favorite season, for so many reasons. Lots of birthdays, lots of changes and the color of the leaves. This year has been hard, losing important people and knowing that more loss is coming. Sometimes all we can do is appreciate what we have, when we have it. Fall can go by so quickly, those vibrant colors fade, ushering in the winter season. Take a look around and be grateful for your life and the loved ones you share it with. It changes all too quickly.
